Mahere Rautaki | Strategic Plan 2026 - 2040

In July 2026, the Trust ratified its refreshed and simplified Mahere Rautaki, extending the Trust’s vision through to 2040. The Mahere Rautaki will guide and inform the Trust’s workplan and priorities, with a focus on achieving the Trust’s vision: “Whai hua nui, whai mana motuhake.”
